Stephanos Matsoukas

Born in March 1988, Stephos grew up and lives in Limassol. He received the degree of Food & Nutrition at Manchester Metropolitan University, UK. He then proceeded with a postgraduate degree in Exercise and Nutrition Science at the University of Chester. His first degree thesis was “Comparison of dietary habits and physical activity of Cypriot students from their academic period ” He  then  continued his studies for another degree in Clinical Dietetics at the University of Nicosia. During his postgraduate studies he completed his internship at the Limassol General Hospital, private clinics, nursing home for the elderly and at the health services. Currently he is working as a Clinical Dietitian and founding member of Change Eat and as a dietitian for the football club “Omonia Nicosia”.
