Constantina Philippou
Constantina was born in January 1990 and lives in Paralimni. She graduated in 2012 from the Nutrition and Dietetics department of the Technological Educational Institute of Sitia, a branch of the University of Crete. Her thesis was focus on “The role of dietary fiber in health and disease.” In 2015 she graduated from University of Nicosia where she completed her Master’s degree in Clinical Dietetics. During her studies she practised at Venizelio General Hospital of Heraklion in Crete. At her Master’s program she practised in the General Hospital of Paralimni, Aretaeio Hospital Nicosia Makarios Hospital in Nicosia, and nursing homes for the elderly and in private offices of clinical dietitians. Today, she is working as a Clinical Dietitian and is one of the founding members of the Change Eat.
