Pineapple Smoothie with turmeric and spinach!

Enjoy a healthy and so refreshing smoothie, full of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties for your body. This green smoothie is a drink to fuel a busy day.

 

Ingredients for 1 serving:

  • 1 ¼ cup almond milk
  • 1 cup spinach or kale  
  • ¼ tsp. turmeric, ground
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 ¼ cup fresh or frozen pineapple

 

* cup: 250ml            tsp: 1 teaspoon 5ml      tbsp: 1 tablespoon 15ml

 

Method:

  1. 1. Put all the ingredients (except pineapple) in a smoothie maker and blend until smooth.
  2. Add the pineapple until blend until smooth and creamy.
