Add the olive oil, leeks onion and mushrooms to a saucepan.<\/p>\n<p>2. Stir frequently until cooked through.<\/p>\n<p>3. Add the salt and milk and bring to a boil.<\/p>\n<p>4. Add the pepper and 100ml of hot water and let it boil for 30 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>5. Remove from heat and set aside for 10 minutes to cool off.<\/p>\n<p>6.
