I guarantee you will love it!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Ingredients for 2 servings:\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">400g skinless chicken<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">2 tbsp olive oil<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">1 chopped onion<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">200g sliced mushrooms<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">120g red wine<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">1 vegetable stock, unsalted, dissolved in 1 glass of water<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Salt and pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>*g: grams\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 tbsp: tablespoon 15ml\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Method :\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Season the chicken on both sides with salt and pepper.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">In a pan add the olive oil and saute the chicken for 4 &#8211; 5 minutes, on each side.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Add the chopped onion and the mushrooms to the pan and saut\u00e9 until they have released their moisture and are tender.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Pour in the red wine and let it cook until the wine has evaporated.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Add the chicken and stock to the pan, then simmer until the chicken is cooked through. Flip the chicken over once during cooking to ensure even cooking on both sides.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Serve hot with rice.
