raw millet<\/li>\n<li>2 cups Quaker oats<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup desiccated coconut<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 cup sunflower seeds<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 cup pumpkin seeds<\/li>\n<li>1 cup goji berries<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp cinnamon<\/li>\n<li>2 eggs<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp baking powder<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup peanut butter<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup honey<\/li>\n<li>1 cup dark chocolate, melted<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Cook the millet in 2 cups of water in a medium sized saucepan.<\/li>\n<li>Preheat the oven to 160 <sup>o<\/sup>C.<\/li>\n<li>In a large bowl, mix together the cooked millet, Quaker oats, desiccated coconut, seeds, goji berries, cinnamon,\u00a0 baking powder and the eggs.<\/li>\n<li>Combine the honey and peanut butter in a separate bowl and heat in a microwave for 30 seconds.<\/li>\n<li>Add the peanut butter mixture to the seeds and fold through using a spatula.<\/li>\n<li>Transfer this mixture into the baking dish and press flat using the spatula.<\/li>\n<li>Bake to 180 <sup>o<\/sup>C for 15 \u2013 20 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Remove from the oven and allow to cool.<\/li>\n<li>Pour melted
