Prepare your weekly menu and make many skewers for the week since the longer they stay in the marinade, the softer and tastier they will be.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Ingredient for 10 skewers:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">500 g chicken breast (in cubes)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bd cup low fat yogurt <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bd tsp. dried oregano<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Salt &amp; pepper<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 tsp. olive oil<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chopped vegetables into medium cubes (onion, tomato, zucchini, bell peppers)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">*tbsp: tablespoon \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0tsp: tablespoon \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0cup: 250ml<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Method<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Cut the chicken into small pieces &#8211; skewer size.<\/li>\n<li>Place them in a bowl and mix the yogurt, lemon juice and spices- Stir until mixed.<\/li>\n<li>Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or during the night.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Remove the chicken from the marinade.
