Banana Bread

Ingredients for 13 slices : 

  • 3 cups all purpose flour  
  • 3 large ripe bananas 
  • 80 ml olive oil  
  • ½ cup (180 g) honey
  • 2  tsps baking powder 
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp cacao

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180o C. Lightly grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl mashed bananas with a fork. 
  3. In the same bowl, combine all the other ingredients and mix well. 
  4. Bake for 40 minutes at 180° C, until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.
