Chicken Burger with Quaker oats!

Ingredients for 10 servings:

• 1kg minced chicken (fat free)
• 120g Quaker Oats
• 1 egg
• 1 onion red (finely chopped)
• 1 clove of garlic ( finely chopped)
• ½ cup parsley ( finely chopped
• 4 ripen tomatoes
• 1 carrot
• 2 tbsp oil
• 1 tsp fresh oregano
• pepper and sea salt

 

tsp:teaspoon     Tbsp: Tablespoon     cup:250 ml

 

Method:

1.Add all the ingredients in a big bowl and knead the burgers

2.Place them in a non-stick baking pan and bake at 180 ° C, for 30-40 minutes.

 

 

Dietitian’s Tip:  The oats in  the burger add more flavour and keep it juice while adding fiber to your meal! Combine the burgers with whole-wheat bun and side salas!
